Continuous pyrolysis plant for recycaling waste plastic, the working process includes three parts: waste tire pretreatment, continuous pyrolysis system, continuous feed, PLC control continuous discharge. Cracking is the use of high temperature heating, the waste plastics cracked into fuel, carbon black and combustible gas process. Specific working process  as follows:

1. Collection of waste plastics: all kinds of plastic garbage, such as waste PE pipe, PP plastic, PS plastic, ABS plastic.
2. Broken plastic waste: plastic waste into the plastic crusher. In order to maximize the savings of manpower and material resources, the device can be connected directly to the continuous waste plastics cracking equipment feeding system.
3. Cracking waste plastics: Reactor heating with fuel, the temperature reaches a certain level, generating oil and gas. After passing through the multistage pyrolysis reactor system, some of these hydrocarbons are liquefied into heavy oil and fall into the heavy oil tank. The other part enters the condensing system and liquefies into fuel. Carbon black will be automatically expelled at the end of the system.
