The 50TPD fully continuous pyrolysis plant project in Brazil is an environmentally friendly project for recycling waste plastics invested by a Brazilian customer, of which Henan DOING Company participated in designing, manufacturing and installation.

The project adopts fully continuous pyrolysis plant, equipped with the dedusting system, desulfurization tower and other environmental protection equipment, to avoid air pollution, water pollution and soil pollution during the production process, and greatly improve the environmental friendliness of the project. Customer introduction

The Brazilian customer is DOING's regular customer, who purchased a set of 100KG pyrolysis plant in May, 2021 to test the operation of our pyrolysis plant and the quality of obtained products. Obviously, the Brazilian customer was greatly satisfied with our pyrolysis plant. Because the Brazilian customer was engaged in the business of waste plastic recycling, which provide great convenience to invest in a pyrolysis plant with bigger processing capacity. Therefore, our regular customer signed the other contract of 50TPD fully continuous pyrolysis plant with DOING again.

Pyrolysis plant manufacturing and shipping

After signing the contract with the Brazilian customer, DOING immediately sent the production notice to the factory and started to manufacture the pyrolysis plant.
