Continuous model waste tyre pyrolysis plant final product and application

1. Pyrolysis oil is a good heating fuel,which can be used in many industries, for example, cement factory, heavy oil generator, steel factory, etc. Besides, pyrolysis oil can be refined into diesel with waste oil distillation machine to get higher business values.
2. Carbon black has a higher calorific value than coal and can be used as a fuel. Carbon black can also be deep-processed to make high-quality carbon black, which can be used as an additive machine for tires, rubber soles, paints, etc.
3. Steel wire can be recycled as a waste product, or it can be re-casted into a variety of products, such as steel shots, steel balls, etc., to achieve higher economic value.
4. The uncondensable gas can be recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor to save fuel and can protect the environment.
