Use a specialized tire shredder to process big whole tires into 3-5cm small pieces for easy feeding. The tire shredder is a single and fully automatic shredding system, which can be directly connected to the feeding system of the continuous pyrolysis plant, which no need any transfer process

1.The continuous reactor: The raw material of the reactor is the special corrosion resistant alloy steel, which can stand the highest temperature of the materials, and the inside of the reactor is equipped with the material forced guiding device and turning device. When the raw material turns around with the reactor, the material in the up side and downside can have the uniform heat.
2. The heating method is also special, because it avoids the open fire. This method can both protect the operator and the reactor itself.
3. The best control system, which includes temperature control loop, frequency converter, electromechanical equipment and so on.
4. The feeding equipment is automatic, and it is equipped with anti return gas leakage device.
5. The slag discharging device has the combination type discharging machine for liquid and propeller, and there is also the device that can ensure the operator and technicians can check the reactor, in addition, the discharging process is continuous.
6. The flue gas recovery device can recycle the flue gas produced in the working process, and the recycled gas can be used as fuel to heat the reactor, which is energy saving.
7. The sealing device can prevent the waste smoke leaking, and in this way, it can protect the environment.
