The workflow of Henan Doing waste oil distillation machine.

First, pump the waste crude oil into the distillation reactor;

Second, use double heating system to heat the waste oil, that is, circulating heat transfer oil and direct fuel heating, until oil gas are generated;

Third, the oil gas are cooled into primary diesel through the cooling system and stored in the oil tank;

Fourth, the primary diesel is sent to the deep purification system through the pipeline, and is equipped with an acid-base cleaning device and a pressure filter system. Then, we can get qualified diesel.
